Untile is a digital product design and development studio in Viana do Castelo, building world-class products with a remote-friendly team.

We're seeking a Management & Operations Intern who is organized, analytical, and eager to understand how studios scale. You'll optimize operations, maintain our Quality Management System (ISO standards), and work closely with leadership to ensure processes run efficiently.

This position is open to students looking for a curricular or extracurricular internship (3 to 6 months).

Your job

• Work in our Quality Management System based on ISO’s (International Organization for Standardization) standards
• Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies
• Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for decision-making
• Participate in project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and processes
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
• Contribute to the improvement of existing procedures and systems
• Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment processes, onboarding new members, and internal culture initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate them into daily management and HR tasks for better efficiency.
