Untile is a digital product design and development company.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Web Designer. We want someone that will work with stakeholders to create meaningful, engaging, and beautiful user experiences and interfaces, whether it be an institutional webpage, a landing page or an e-commerce.

YOUR JOB:

• Lead end-to-end design processes, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final implementation.
• Extensive interaction with customers during discovering and other design phases.
• Conduct workshops to define requirements.
• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that translate requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, and other stakeholders to align on goals, design vision, and implementation.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, testing results, and analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the team is always pushing the boundaries of innovation.
• Create digital experiences from scratch.
• Create high impact design solutions.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

• A bachelor’s degree in design or similar.
• 3+ years of experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work experience (UX/UI) in digital designing.
• Experience in webflow.
• Skills in motion, visuals, branding.
• Strong experience in workshops conduction to define requirements. Leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in english) with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in Figma or relevant design tools.
